Provides Password on Flash drive Without Using Software

Still on Security. Providing a password on the flash without using software. Flash drive? Who does not know the flash? Flash is now a staple era. • Open your Notepad program.

• When finished, save with the name [key.vbs]. Before save, change [Save as type] becoming [All Files].

When you double-click your flash icon in [My Computer], then you will immediately be asked a password that you type in the script [key.vbs] above earlier.

Note:

• This method does not work if the flash is opened through the [right click]> – [Explore].
• If you enter an incorrect password, the computer will automatically shutdown.

I honestly, I’m not using Internet Explorer. Google Chrome and Firefox is my browser this time. Why? Because Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 is only improves the speed a little but not for others such as security issues surfing. 1. Limit the memory cache capacity
Every time you open a web page, Firefox will automatically save in the cache memory. By default Firefox uses the maximum amount of RAM you have. That’s why the more you open the web; your computer’s memory is depleted. To limit the options add: browser.cache.memory.capacity.

3. Limit disk cache capacity
By default Mozilla sets the disk cache size of 50 Mega. Surely this is waste of memory. Setting it to 2 MB to provide a positive performance, especially for computers with 128 MB of memory and hard disk under the old model. In the filter type: browser.cache.disk.capacity, change the value of 50 000 to 2000.

4. Limit extension / add-ons
More and more add-ons that you use, the more RAM is spent. Disable add-ons that you use less. To compare the performance of memory used when using and without add-ons can be done by trying to run Firefox in safe-mode conditions. The trick with the command: $ firefox-safe-mode. At the option that appears make sure you check the option: Disable all add-ons

5. Disable Flash

Usually when we use these applications, our computers seem slow. The possibility of it happening because there are still former data stored in RAM, so that our computer was so slow. One way to clean the RAM is to restart the computer first. But the wealth of really complicated huh?

I have a much simpler way that can do by all people, lay or expert. Notice how below:

1. Right click the mouse on the desktop, select New – Shortcut.
2. Type %windir%system32rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks the field that appears.
3. Click Next.
4. Give the shortcut a name above, the name can be given free as you wish, or you just pass, his name automatically so rundll32.exe.
